
Business Administor
Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager

Working alongside administration staff for the Group to assist in the implementation of new procedures and standardising company documents across multiple departments

Assisting Managers with the issue of KPI’s
-
Undertaking Minutes and Actions across all Group meetings
-
Assisting maintenance of ISO9001 and other quality standards
-
Answering incoming calls, transferring and taking messages, dealing with customer enquiries
-
Maintaining and ordering stationery
-
Assisting with general administrative duties in all departments
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a vibrant, hardworking and experienced candidate to join a likeminded team as a Business Administrator. Someone who has the passion and desire to succeed in a Company where excellence is recognized and the opportunity for growth and development is more than attainable.
A full, clean driving license and access to a car are essential, as the role involves visiting and working from different Group locations in the vicinity of the Head Office in Colne. Experience within a customer service/administration environment is preferred and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, though different programs and systems will be used, on which training will be given.
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative but also work just as well within a team, be trustworthy, honest and work to their full potential at all times.

Salary: Attractive package based on experience, with regular appraisals.
Holidays: 28 days including public holidays, increasing 1 day per year for each full year worked up to a maximum of 33 days.
Pension: Workplace Pension after successful completion of probation
