
HR OFFICER
The role is to develop, lead and manage all human resources practices and objectives, creating an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment. Key goals will be to develop work quality, productivity, high standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workforce.
The successful candidate must possess a relevant HR qualification and be experienced in all aspects of developing staff, including Investors in People. Experience in handling time and attendance, holidays and benefits would also be essential, as would a high level of IT literacy, excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy.

Writing job specifications & recruiting staff

Setting up and managing a profit share scheme

Creating a motivational organisational culture

Compliance to employment regulations and practices

Staff development, assessment & appraisals

Developing training programmes

Managing a HMRC-compliant payroll system

Advising on salaries & benefits

Maintaining Health & Safety obligations

Dealing with employment litigation matters
