INTERNAL SALES SPECIALIST

 

The ideal applicant should come from an IT background with customer service and sales experience, though does not need technical knowledge, as full training will be given. A minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English is essential, and the candidate should be hard working and target driven, with a proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets. Excellent telephone communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to go the extra mile to hit targets.

 

Duties to include:

 

  • Making outbound calls using quality company data, to promote our IT services and booking appointments for External Sales Consultants to attend.

  • Promoting our services through social media and other methods.

  • Attending networking events if required.

  • Managing the calendar of your Sales Consultants.

  • Keeping up to date with the industry and researching the IT services you promote.

  • Answering inbound calls and website enquiries with a view to booking an appointment for a Technical External Sales Consultant.

  • Administration and keeping company data up to date.

 

In return Cloud1990 will give you:

 

  • A basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
